We charge for our time and materials, there's no hidden after-hours surcharge buried in the fine print. We'll tell you the rate before we send someone, and you'll get a clear price before any work starts. Call us and we'll give you the honest answer for your job.

What should I do before you arrive?

If it's a burst pipe or major leak: find your main water shut-off (usually near the water meter at the front boundary) and turn it off. If you smell gas: don't switch any lights or appliances on or off, open windows, leave the building and call from outside, ring the gas emergency line (1800 427 532) and us simultaneously. If it's a blocked or overflowing drain: stop using any water in the house and keep the area clear.
