Thermostatic Mixing Valves you can rely on
A thermostatic mixing valve (TMV) keeps your hot water at a safe, steady temperature, hot enough to kill bacteria in the tank, but tempered at the tap so it can't scald. We install, service and certify TMVs across Penrith and Western Sydney for homes, childcare centres, aged care and commercial sites.
The problem
Water stored below 60°C breeds Legionella; water delivered above 50°C scalds a child in seconds. A TMV solves both, but only if it's working. Valves drift out of calibration, and in NSW, commercial and care settings must have them serviced and certified every 12 months to stay compliant.
