Suburbs we cover
From our Penrith base across Western Sydney, the Blue Mountains and beyond, pick your area to see the local knowledge and services we bring to it.
Penrith
Penrith is home for us, and has been since 1996. When you call, you're getting a plumber who's already in the area, not one stuck on the M4 driving out from the city. That's the difference local makes.
Campbelltown
Campbelltown is a tale of two homes: brand-new builds going up across the growth corridor, and plenty of older fibro houses sitting on aging clay pipes. We work on both, and we know what each one tends to throw at us.
Katoomba
Up in Katoomba the plumbing plays by mountain rules. Winter brings burst pipes, many homes are older or heritage-listed, and plenty run on tanks and septic systems rather than mains. We plumb for the cold and the quirks.
Windsor
Windsor and the wider Hawkesbury are flood country, with big rural blocks that lean on tank water and pump systems. That means plumbing challenges you just don't get in the suburbs, and we know them well.
Parramatta
Parramatta is dense and getting denser, apartments, strata buildings and a steady mix of commercial work. The bread and butter here is hot-water and blocked-drain call-outs, and navigating strata when it matters.
Glenmore Park
Glenmore Park went up as a master-planned estate through the 90s and 2000s, so it's a whole suburb of brick-veneer family homes hitting the same milestone at once, the original hot water units, tap mixers and flexi hoses are now twenty-plus years old and starting to let go. These homes are right on our doorstep and we know them inside out.
Cranebrook
Cranebrook is two suburbs in one: the established streets that have been here since the 80s and 90s, and the newer Waterside estate down toward the Nepean. That means we're just as likely to be clearing a root-blocked clay drain on an older block as we are fitting off a brand-new bathroom, and we're set up for both.
St Marys
St Marys is one of the older suburbs out this way, plenty of post-war and 60s-70s fibro and brick homes sitting on clay drains that have been in the ground for decades. It's the kind of housing stock where roots, grease and tired galvanised pipe are the everyday jobs, and we've cleared and repaired most of it before.
Kingswood
Kingswood is a real mix, older family homes, a big rental population around the university, and Nepean Hospital anchoring the suburb. A lot of what we do here is keeping rental properties compliant and tenants in hot water, alongside the usual drain and pipe repairs on the older homes near the line.
Jordan Springs
Jordan Springs is one of the newest estates in the area, most of it built from the 2010s on, out toward the Wianamatta wetlands. New homes come with their own plumbing quirks: builder fit-outs that weren't finished properly, flexi hoses and mixers that fail early, and the odd defect that only shows up once the family has moved in. We sort those out fast.
St Clair
St Clair was master-planned in the 80s, so it's a suburb full of solid brick-veneer family homes that are now thirty-five to forty years on. The bones are good, but the original hot water systems, mixers, toilets and pipework are all reaching the end of the road at once, and that's most of what we get called out for here.
