Do I get a compliance certificate?

For all new gas appliance installs and gas line work, yes, you'll receive a compliance certificate confirming the work meets Australian Standards. This is a legal requirement for gas work in NSW and we include it as a matter of course.

I can smell gas, what do I do?

Don't operate any switches, lights, appliances or your phone inside the building. Open windows and doors if you can do so safely, leave the building immediately, and call from outside. Call the gas emergency line (1800 427 532) first, they'll isolate supply if needed, then call us. Don't re-enter until it's been declared safe.
